About these terms

This website is operated by Click Start Strategic Solutions LLC, Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, "Click Start", "we", "us" and "our" refer to that company.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you have a question, contact info@click-start.co. Our Privacy policy, Cookies policy and Refund policy address their respective subjects.

Engaging Click Start

We provide Business Advisory, Talent Management, Digital Marketing and AI Transformation & Integration services. Each engagement is defined through an agreed proposal, statement of work or service agreement.

That agreement sets out the services included, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, payment schedule, dependencies and review or acceptance arrangements. Changes to scope, timing or fees should be recorded in writing. The agreement takes precedence for the specific work where its terms differ from general website information.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, appropriate access, timely decisions and any approvals identified in the agreed scope. Click Start is responsible for the services and standards it has agreed to deliver.

Website information and professional advice

Our website introduces the company, its services and approaches to business improvement. Contact our team to discuss how those approaches apply to your organisation, its circumstances and objectives.

Service requirements, delivery plans and commercial commitments are confirmed through the relevant engagement. Results depend on the agreed work, the starting circumstances and the decisions and actions of the parties involved.

Technology and third-party services

Our AI Transformation & Integration service uses existing products and supported integrations. Selection and configuration take account of the client’s use cases, information policies, permissions, budget and agreed business requirements.

Third-party platforms are subject to their providers’ terms, licences, charges and available capabilities. The engagement should identify who owns or administers relevant accounts, approves access and pays applicable provider fees. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Content and intellectual property

Click Start and its licensors retain rights in the website’s original text, design, graphics and other material. You may view and share links to our website for lawful personal or business purposes.

Obtain permission before reproducing, republishing, selling or adapting our material beyond what applicable law permits. Preserve attribution and do not imply an endorsement, affiliation or authorisation that has not been agreed. Rights in commissioned deliverables are determined by the relevant service agreement.

Responsible website use

  • Use accurate information and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property.
  • Use only access and permissions that you are authorised to exercise.
  • Do not introduce harmful code, interfere with website operation or attempt to obtain unauthorised access.
  • Do not use the website to impersonate another person, distribute unlawful material or misrepresent your relationship with Click Start.

We may take appropriate action to protect the website, its visitors and our business where misuse is identified.

Careers and applications

Job descriptions explain the role, requirements and working arrangements for the opportunity concerned. Recruitment decisions and employment terms are confirmed through the recruitment process and a formal offer.

Applicants should provide accurate, relevant information and have permission to share any third-party material included in an application. Send recruitment enquiries to hr@click-start.co.

External links and availability

Links to external providers and resources are offered for convenience. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and their operators are responsible for their content and operation.

We may update, maintain or change website content and features. For information that is important to a business decision or ongoing engagement, contact our team for confirmation of the relevant details.

Liability and applicable rights

Responsibility for commissioned services is governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Click Start is not responsible for loss arising from unlawful website use or matters outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any responsibility, right or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Changes and contact

We may revise these website terms. Changes to an existing engagement remain subject to the agreement governing that work.

Contact info@click-start.co about these terms, website content, permissions or a proposed engagement.
