Privacy policy.
How we handle personal information, why we use it and the choices available to you.
Your relationship with Click Start determines the information we need. This policy explains how we handle information relating to website visits, business enquiries, recruitment and our professional services.
Who we are and what this policy covers
Click Start Strategic Solutions LLC ("Click Start", "we", "us" or "our") is responsible for the personal information it handles in operating this website and managing its business relationships. Our business address is Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
This policy covers visitors, prospective and existing business contacts, applicants and people whose information is provided in connection with our services. Contact info@click-start.co with a privacy question or request. Recruitment enquiries can also be sent to hr@click-start.co.
Information we receive
- Business enquiries and correspondence: your name, work contact details, company, role, service interests, messages and relevant attachments that you send us.
- Recruitment: contact details, CV, work history, qualifications, portfolio and other information you provide when applying or discussing an opportunity.
- Client and supplier relationships: business contacts, proposals, agreements, invoices, communications and information needed for the agreed work.
- Website use: display preferences and technical connection information involved in delivering and protecting the website. See our Cookies policy for browser storage and visitor choices.
Please provide information relevant to the purpose of your contact. Where you supply another person’s information, you are responsible for having an appropriate basis to share it with us.
Why we use personal information
We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, assess requirements, prepare proposals, communicate with clients, deliver agreed services, manage recruitment, administer payments and resolve questions or disputes. We also use information where necessary to protect our business and website, prevent misuse and meet applicable obligations.
The basis for processing depends on the purpose and applicable law. It may include your consent, steps you request before entering an agreement, performance of an agreement, or a legal requirement. Where consent is the basis, you can withdraw it by contacting us.
Client information and agreed services
Our Business Advisory, Talent Management, Digital Marketing and AI Transformation & Integration work can involve information belonging to a client organisation. The relevant agreement defines the scope, permitted purposes, confidentiality obligations, responsibilities and authorised access for that work.
Where we handle personal information on a client’s instructions, those instructions and the applicable data arrangements govern that processing. If your information was provided by one of our clients, that organisation may be the appropriate first contact for a request relating to its records.
For work involving AI tools, company knowledge or connected platforms, the agreed information policies, access permissions and approved systems apply. Restricted business records should be shared through the route agreed for the engagement.
When information may be shared
Information may be made available to authorised people involved in the relevant enquiry, recruitment process or engagement, and to service providers supporting website delivery, communications, administration or agreed services. Access should be limited to what is needed for the relevant purpose and subject to appropriate confidentiality or contractual arrangements.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to a lawful request, obtain professional advice, resolve a dispute or protect legitimate rights and safety.
We use Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, to receive website enquiries, filter spam and deliver them to our team by email. This service processes the information you submit and technical connection information, and uses infrastructure and spam-prevention providers to deliver these functions.
Protecting information
We take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, misuse, loss or disclosure. The controls and approved sharing arrangements should reflect the sensitivity of the information and the work involved.
Please contact info@click-start.co if you believe information relating to your dealings with Click Start has been exposed or used improperly.
How long information is kept
We retain personal information for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, including relevant contractual, accounting, legal and dispute-resolution requirements. The period depends on the type of record, the status of the relationship and any applicable obligation.
For enquiries and recruitment, we consider the correspondence, application or opportunity concerned. For client work, we consider delivery, agreed record-keeping and subsequent support. Contact us if you would like information about the retention of a particular record.
We configure Web3Forms to apply a seven-day retention period to new form submissions. Enquiries delivered to our email system are retained under the general retention principles above. The form-service setting does not determine retention of provider security logs or backup copies.
International services and external websites
Communications, hosting and other service providers may process information in countries different from your own. Where an international transfer is involved, the relevant arrangements must meet the requirements of applicable law. You may contact us for information about the handling of records relating to you.
External websites and services operate under their own privacy terms. Please review those terms when following a link or using a third-party service.
Web3Creative operates from India and uses service providers in multiple countries. Website enquiry information may therefore be processed outside the United Arab Emirates. Further information is available in the Web3Forms privacy policy: https://web3forms.com/privacy.
Your requests and choices
Depending on the law that applies to your information, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or raise a concern with the relevant supervisory authority.
Send your request to info@click-start.co, or hr@click-start.co for recruitment. Include enough context to identify the relevant relationship or record. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will explain any applicable limitation, such as an obligation to retain particular records.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, information handling or applicable requirements. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
